OUR RETURN POLICY
Every order, commission piece, and sale are handled with care and as much clarity and transparency as possible. Our goal is to make sure you are completely delighted with our art pieces!
Can I return a purchased artwork?
All sales of original artwork are final. Orders cancelled within the first 24 hours will incur a 20% restocking & re-marketing fee.
Returns or exchanges of original work are not available except for the most extreme situations such as if the artwork is damaged. If the artwork arrives damaged, please notify us immediately upon receiving them. We accept returns of damaged products within 14 days of receiving them. We will replace it with a similar new original piece or current existing item of your choice that is of the same value. If you have any queries about changing your order, please contact us at email@example.com and place your order number directly into the subject title.
If you have made a purchase and you would like to exchange due to reasons mentioned above, please contact us via email with your Order number in the email subject title and we will arrange with you personally to get the goods exchanged. Please note that extra postage cost may occur.
What packaging do I use to send the artwork back?
We ask that you return your purchased art piece in the original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, please purchase a sturdy tube from to the post office or courier service of your choice at your own cost. Let us know via email firstname.lastname@example.org when the art piece has been shipped back to us.
Domestic and International shipping
We offer free shipping and delivery to all customers anywhere in the world. All our shipments will be made with Pack Send, when the artwork has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number which you are able to track through the link provided to you via email.

Please expect to receive your orders in Australia within 3-7 business days and up to 14 business days for international orders.
